This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 07.10.2005 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the issue involved in the present case with regard to the non-payment of rent is settled on 01.09.2008 and the possession of the property was also handed over to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. On recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
