This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Though notice served on the 2nd respondent and it name is appeared in the cause-list, there was no representation for the 2nd respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.4299 of 2025 is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
6. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.K.Sathish as counsel for the 1st respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
