ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 07.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.23 of 2016 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
