CRIME NO. 36/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders on 16.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.20003/2020 in connection with the Crime No.36/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.REBECCA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20003 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20003 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
