PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to cancel the sale deeds in document no.268 of 2009, 270 of 2009 dated 06.02.2009 in respect of S.No. 304/4, 304/5, 304/9, 304/10 (R.S.No. 304/4B, 304/9B, 304/10B situated in Salamedu village in Thanthai Periyar Nagar,

Gangai Square and ensure that there was no construction or conversion of the said lands.
