ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to challenge the summon issued by the first respondent dated 12.04.2018 in Na.Ka.No.A3/752/2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the summon issued by the first respondent, the petitioner was called for an enquiry on 21.04.2018 at about 11.00 A.M. Accordingly, the petitioner periodically appeared before the first respondent. It is also seen that it is only summon issued by the first respondent to pass order under section 110 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the first respondent. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
