Crl.R.C.No.1557 of 2012 P.N.PRAKASH, J.

The Principal District Judge, Namakkal has addressed a letter dated 28.08.2019, wherein, he has stated that the trial Court records have not been sent by the Registry sofar.

2. Therefore, the Deputy Registrar, Criminal Side is directed to look into this and ensure that the trial Court records with reference to Crl.R.C.No.1557 of 2012 shall reach the Court of the Principal District Juge, Namakkal forthwith.

3. Three months time is extended from the date of receipt of the records to dispose of the appeal.
