Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for deliberately and willfully disobeying the final orders of this Court dated 21.01.2022, passed in W.P.No.9549 of 2018.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.01.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9549 of 2018, thereby directing the respondent to rectify the

typographical error made in the land records including the order of the Assistant Commissioner, Urban Land Ceiling and Urban Land Tax, Coimbatore, dated 27.03.1987, in respect of the subject property, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 21.01.2022 has been complied with. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 26.03.2024, passed by the respondent.

Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
