ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to substitute her as the legal representative of the deceased viz., Mr.A.Manoharan, who is the petitioner in WP No.19981/2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

3.Though this Petition has been filed by the wife of the deceased, who is the petitioner in the writ petition, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a separate Petition in W.M.P.No. 41639 of 2025 was filed by the daughters of the deceased/writ petitioner and his wife viz., Jeyamani, wherein it was submitted that the present petitioner viz., Jeyamani is no more. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed as abated.
