ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's revision petition dated 06.10.2022 filed by the petitioner under Section 153 of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's appointment in the suitable post on compassionate grounds, in the already existing vacancy on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders in the same within the time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's revision petition dated 06.10.2022 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
