This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21407 of 2024.

2. As against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in the aforesaid W.P.No.21407 of 2024, the respondents have preferred writ appeal in W.A.No.978 of 2025, which was dismissed on 25.03.2025. Challenging the same, Special Leave Petition was preferred in Page No.3 of 5

SLP(C)No.19645 of 2025, wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court has granted interim stay on 22.07.2025.
