This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider her representation dated 03.02.2016.

2.Heard Mr.A.Murugavel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The petitioner who is working as an organiser with Anganvadi at Varatharajapuram Village Panchayat, Kancheepuram District, citing some health ground i.e., taking treatment for diabetes and leg pain, has given a representation dated 03.02.2016, requesting the respondents to relieve her from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

election duty. Since no action has been forthcoming, she has come forward with the present writ petition.

4.This Court, finding no merits in the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2016, requesting the respondents to relieve her from the election duty on the ground that she is suffering from leg pain and also taking treatment for diabetes, as the same has not been substantiated by the petitioner by producing any documentary evidence or medical certificate, the Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5.In view of the aforesaid reason, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
