This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in D.V.C.No.54 of 2016 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli and transfer the same to the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore at Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions submits that he has no objection for the proceedings in D.V.C.No.54 of 2016 to be transferred. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed. The proceedings in D.V.C.No.54 of 2016 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn and the same may be transferred to V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore at Chennai. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
