COMMON PRAYER : Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from proceeding further pursuant to the 81 inquiry dated 02.08.2005 issued by the fourth respondent as the same is contrary to Sec.81 of TNCS Act, 1983 and contrary to Rules 1988.
