[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., S.A.Prabhu S/o.Sivanesan, and has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the detenu went missing from 24.11.2018. After searching with friends and relatives, petitioner lodged a complaint before second respondent. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Today, the detenu is produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenu informed that he joined his family. Petitioner, who is also present, confirmed the same. In the aforestated circumstance, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
