These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to implead the Tahsildar, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District, as party respondent in W.A.Nos.784 and 785 of 2020 respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P. Nos.3668 and 3056 of 2021 are ordered.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that this Court by order dated 08.11.2022, directed the Superintendent, Regulated Market Committee, Tirupur Market Committee, Udumalaipettai (1st respondent) not to take coercive action and that the said order was extended subsequently. In spite of the said order, the Tahsildar is taking steps to put a lock and seal. 1/3

5. Mr. P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to inform the earlier order dated 08.11.2022 passed by this Court to the Tahsildar and to file a counter.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in W.A.Nos.784 & 785 of 2020.
