The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant Provisional Affiliation Certificate to the Cheran Polytechnic College, Kadachanallur Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, without insisting upon production of Section 37-B as a Precondition Certificate for conducting Diploma Courses in Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering for the academic year 2011-2012.
2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the respondent by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
his Proceedings dated 8.9.2014 has granted permanent affiliation to the petitioner institution. Therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petition has already become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
