This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.155/17 filed by the respondent on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Palacode.

2. This Court finds no merits in the grounds raised by the petitioner with regard to the complaint in C.C.No.155/2017 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode.

3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the Trial Court to establish the case during the trial.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
