Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders of the first respondent in G.O.(2D) No.36, Revenue (Ser 2 (1)) Department dated 31.01.2012 and G.O.(2D) No.37, Revenue (Ser 2 (1)) Department dated 31.01.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant me the pensionary benefits due and payable to me in respect of the petitioner service from 10.06.1980 till the date of his superannuation on 31.01.2012 and grant him all consequential benefits.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent and also the order not permitting the petitioner to retire from service dated 31.01.2012.

The case of the petitioner is that he was working as a Deputy Collector and on the date of his retirement, he was issued with an order of suspension and order not permitting him to retire from service by the 1st respondent. The said orders are put to challenge in the present writ petition. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already made a representation to the 1st respondent on 18.02.2019 and it would suffice, if the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2019, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with copy of the earlier representation dated 18.02.2019 and also a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
