ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.10.2019, the second respondent has forwarded the same to the Inspector of Police (third 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent), Hutco Police Station, Hosur. The third respondent on receipt of the said complaint by transfer, he conducted a preliminary enquiry and the said complaint was closed on 23.02.2020.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
