Respondents The Writ petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying, for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to allot the house to the petitioner, under the Chief Minister Environment Green House with Solar Energy Scheme, for the period of 2014-2015, for persons affected by natural calamity.

ORDER

Heard.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the second respondent has issued a communication, dated 1.11.2013, stating that the petitioner may not be entitled to, for the allotment of the house, under the Chief Minister's Environment Green House with Solar Energy Scheme, as prayed for by the him. considered, under the Indira Memorial Housing Scheme. In view of the said communication issued by the second respondent, this Court finds it appropriate to permit the petitioner to make an application for the allotment of the house, as prayed for by him, under the Indira Memorial Housing Scheme. The petitioner may make such an application, if so advised, to the first respondent, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
