This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners except due process of law under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the complaint given by one Fahmida Gouser in Commissioner of Police Current Paper No.272/2018 has been transferred by the respondent police to the file of All Womens Police Station, W-15, Royapuram Police Station.

4.In this connection, this Court has passed necessary directions in Crl.O.P.No.20820 of 2018.
