Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8473 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17836 of 2020 in Cr.No.1523 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am. until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8473 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17836 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8473 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17836 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
