Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on first week of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7472 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14140 of 2020 order dated 15.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.STALIN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MRS.S.THANKIRA, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL. SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police station on first week of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7472 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14140 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7472 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14140 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
