2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in representing the CRP.SR.No.128953 & 128954 of 2025, are condoned.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
