2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2. There is no representation for petitioner.

3. The detenue has been produced by the second respondent. Petitioner is present before this Court. The detenue informs the intent to accompany her mother/the petitioner herein, the course which petitioner agreeable too.
