Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2022, seeking extension of the period of licence to collect toll in the Daily Market, Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, by 2 years from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2024 on payment of the enhanced licence amount that may be fixed by the respondents, within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

Pending writ petition, liberty had been granted to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner even prior to today.
