ORDER

It is represented that order which is the subject matter of the contempt has been complied with vide order of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (incharge) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 07.04.2017 and challenging the same, the society has

filed WP No.13917 of 2017 and it has been entertained and however, there is no interim order is in operation. The petitioner has filed WP No.44318 of 2016 to implement the above said order and it is also pending. In the light of the same, no further order is necessary in this Contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the above cited writ petitions.
