Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P.(Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8100 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13854 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 417, 376 of IPC, in Crime No.17 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
