ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for quashment of the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings in No.01/Vu.Aa.Thu./ Ko. Pa. A1. 2010 / 11/ Vi.Ko.Pa dated 18.01.2011 and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to furnish the records to the petitioner, so as to enable him to give

explanation to the charges dated 04.01.2011

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was passed away in the year 2023 itself, hence the Writ Petition becomes abated and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
