Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.Earlier, the petitioners filed Crl.O.P.No.2985 of 2024 seeking anticipatory bail. The said petition was allowed vide order dated 13.02.2024. While so, the petitioners filed Crl.M.P.No.3688 of 2024 seeking two prayers. The first prayer was to amend the address of the respondent police as "Inspector of Police, Salem Railway Police Station, Salem" instead of "The State represented by, Inspector of Police, Chennai Central Railway Police Station, Chennai Railways". The second prayer was to amend the satisfaction Court as "Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Salem" instead of "XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai". 3.However, when Crl.M.P.No.3688 of 2024 was allowed vide order 12.03.2024, unfortunately, the petitioners' prayer in respect of amendment of satisfaction Court alone was typed and the petitioner's other prayer namely, amendment of respondent police was omitted to be typed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
