The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.04.2000, within a specified time frame, after giving opportunity and hearing to the parties.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent sought four weeks' time to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 26.04.2000.
