C.M.P.No.5688 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 2614 days in filing the petition setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Jayalakshmi in the above S.A.No.1621 of 2003.
2.C.M.P.No.5690 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Jayalakshmi in the above S.A.No.1621 of 2003.
3.C.M.P.No.5691 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent Jayalakshmi in the above S.A.No.1621 of 2003. 4.I heard Mr.S.Kanniah, counsel for the appellants. 5.The 1st respondent is said to have died leaving behind three sons, namely Kuppan, Narayanamurthi and Krishnamurthi. 6.Notice shows that Kuppan and Krishnamurthi have been served and no one has entered appearance on their behalf. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

krk 7.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.No.5688 of 2020 has been ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.5688 of 2020, C.M.P.Nos.5690 & 5691 of 2020 are also ordered accordingly.
