This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 15.04.15 made in Rc.No.7945/E1/2011-2 confirming the order of the first respondent dated 4.3.13 made in Se.Mu.Aa.No.7945/E1/11-2, quash the same.
