This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent for further investigation and file additional charge sheet in Crime No.337 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.337 of 2014 and filed a final report which was taken cognizance in S.C.No.119 of 2018 before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Villupuram, and the same was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
