Even on 18.09.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and this petition was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 23.10.2024. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.
