2. The writ petition filed by the petitioner for issuing a writ of mandamus 1/3

directing the respondents to dispose of the application was disposed of by this Court by order 30.05.2012, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a specific period.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the second respondent in the writ petition by passing an order dated 11.03.2013. Though the order dated 11.03.2013, is an order refusing to go into the issues by citing the interim order granted by this Court staying the operation of circular bearing No.67 dated 03.11.2011, this Court is unable to find any cause for contempt as the second respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. However, the petitioner may approach the respondent for an enquiry in terms of relevant provisions of Registration Act or by referring to the recent circulars.
