This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners in the place of the deceased petitioner in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above writ petition.
