The learned counsel for both the sides are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 23.02.2024 and the same is taken on record by this Court. The relevant portion of the memo is extracted hereunder:

"1.It is submitted that the writ petition in W.P.No.21595 of 2012 came up before this Hob'ble Court on 21.06.2023, 10.07.2023, 08.01.2024, 31.01.2024, 13.02.2024 and again posted today 23.02.2024 for taking steps to bring the legal heirs of deceased petitioner D.Doraiswamy.

2. The petitioners counsel 3 to 7 could not be contacted them after informing them through their mobile phones and they have not turned up. In these circumstances the petitioner counsel has no other option except to report no instructions for the proposed petitioners 3 to 7."

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for NonPage No.2 of 4

Prosecution. No costs.
