This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to register the complaint dated 12.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated12.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.163 of 2016 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
