The present Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to file Criminal Appeals against the judgments dated 09.10.2017 passed in C.A.Nos.61, 60 and 59 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, whereby the conviction and sentence imposed on the respondent herein by judgment dated 24.11.2016 passed in C.C.Nos.187, 186 and 185 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Vellore has been reversed.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petition, these petitions stand allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeals.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
