This petition is filed to fix an earlier date for final hearing in the above Second Appeal.

2. From the affidavit it is seen that petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 71 years and is suffering from age related health problems. Considering the age and ill health of the petitioner, this petition to fix an earlier date for final hearing of the Second Appeal is allowed.

3. Date is fixed for hearing the Second Appeal on 19.07.2024.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
