C O M M O N O R D E R Pursuant to the order of the writ Court, the respondent through the impugned proceedings dated 27.02.2021, 20.05.2019, 23.10.2020, 27.02.2021 and 20.05.2019 have rejected the petitioners claim. Since the order of the writ Court was to consider their request in the light of G.O.Ms.No.207 and similar Government Orders, without a positive direction, the disobedience alleged may not be willful in nature.
2. Accordingly these Contempt Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the rejection orders, if they choose to do so.
