The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the punishment of removal from service imposed by the Management has not been approved by the Labour Officer. Thus, the respondents are bound to re-consider the writ petitioner and the representations submitted in this regard by the writ Petitioner on 28.05.2018 is yet to be considered.

2. Without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.05.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve

3. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all relevant documents, if any, along with orders passed in the Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
