This miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the prayer as 'writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the demand notice dated 17.12.2016 issued by the third respondent in proceeding No.LBS3/3212/2003/E and the consequential order of the first respondent in proceedings Pro.No.G2/ 20023/2018 dated 15.12.2018, quash the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above writ petition.
