2. There is no representation on behalf of the Revision Petitioner in both the Civil Revision Petitions.

3. Mr.T.Sezhian, learned Counsel appearing for the sole Respondent in both the Civil Revision Petitions submits that the Commercial Original Suits in COS.Nos.151 & 152 of 2022 (Old Nos.34 & 35 of 2021) were dismissed as settled before the Court on October 17, 2024 and November 11, 2024

respectively. The learned Counsel also produced a copy of the Order and Decree in both the suits.

4. In the view of the subsequent developments in the case, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
