Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 1039 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

It is made clear that petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 1039 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of their success in the appeal.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sreevidhya, counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
