Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Official respondent 1 to 5 to take suitable action to discontinue the functioning of the 6th respondent school for putting the petitioner in a wrong belief that they are affiliated to CBSE and running a School without obtaining a mandatory recognition from the Competent Authority of State Government and subsequently thereafter direct the 6th respondent school to return the amount collected from the petitioner with compensation fixed by this Court.
