This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience in non compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.20951 of 2021.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents submitted that a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.936 of 2024 has been preferred by the respondents challenging the order of this Court in W.P.No.20951 of 2021 dated 19.09.2023 and the same was dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 04.12.2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had also granted two months time to settle the monetary benefits to the petitioner. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the Contempt Petition is closed.
