2. Despite restoration of W.P.No.4142 of 2019, repeatedly, the said W.P.No.4142 of 2019 was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as a result of which, on 27.02.2026, this Court with much constraint, adjourned the matter. 3 / 6

3. Today, when both the Writ Petitions are listed and taken up for hearing, there is representation on behalf of the petitioner in W.P.No.4142 of 2019, and he wants further adjournment. We are not inclined to entertain such representation any further as the learned counsel for the petitioner has adopted dilatory tactics in seeking adjournment.
